How your delivery works
Order & confirmation
You immediately receive an order confirmation with invoice, VAT included.
Shipped from an EU warehouse
Your product ships from the warehouse: new, in original factory packaging.
Track & trace
Once your shipment is on its way you'll receive track & trace. Delivery within 3–5 business days, anywhere in the Netherlands.
Installation (optional)
If you chose installation, we coordinate the delivery date with the installer, so your battery isn't sitting around waiting for weeks.
Delivery terms
- Free delivery throughout the Netherlands, within 3–5 business days for in-stock products.
- Heavy products (batteries of 100+ kg) are delivered on a pallet to your front door at ground level. The driver calls in advance to arrange a time.
- Check the packaging on arrival. Visible damage? Note it with the driver and report it within 48 hours, then we resolve it immediately with a replacement product.
- Not in stock? Then we show that honestly on the product page and confirm the expected delivery date before you pay.
Returns
As a consumer you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day of receipt. Within that period you may cancel the purchase without giving a reason. Report your return via the contact form you'll then receive return instructions and the return address for our European warehouse.
- Refund of the full purchase amount (incl. VAT) within 14 days of us receiving the return.
- The product must be unused and uninstalled, complete and preferably in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. For palletised goods (batteries) we arrange transport and charge the actual cost. We quote it upfront so there are no surprises.
- If a product has already been installed, your right of withdrawal doesn't automatically lapse, but we may deduct for any loss in value. Not sure? Contact us first, that avoids costs.
