The manufacturer warranty is only valid if you can demonstrate that installation was carried out professionally, for example with an installation invoice from the installer. Keep that proof.

Up to 12.5 kWp of panels, against 10 kW the inverter delivers on the grid side. That 1.25x oversizing is deliberate: panels reach peak output only a handful of hours a year, so an inverter sized exactly to the array sits idle most of the time. At roughly 430 Wp per panel, 12.5 kWp works out at about 29 panels.

On an inverter the term matters more than on a battery, because the inverter is the part that in practice gets replaced first: it contains power electronics that heat up and switch, where a battery mostly sits still.
