The manufacturer warranty is only valid if you can demonstrate that installation was carried out professionally, for example with an installation invoice from the installer. Keep that proof.

Release is conditional, usually on a minimum firmware version, communication settings and the permitted application.
Up to 75 kWp of panels, against 50 kW the inverter delivers on the grid side. That 1.5x oversizing is deliberate: panels reach peak output only a handful of hours a year, so an inverter sized exactly to the array sits idle most of the time. At roughly 430 Wp per panel, 75 kWp works out at about 174 panels.
