Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. This period starts the day after you or a third party designated by you receives the product.

How to withdraw your order

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us via [email protected]. We will confirm receipt of your notification as soon as possible.

Return costs

You bear the cost of returning the product, unless the product does not match what you ordered or was delivered defective. Because of their weight and size, home batteries and inverters cannot be returned by ordinary post; they are carried as pallet or freight consignments. The estimated cost is 160 to 250 euros per shipment, depending on weight, dimensions and pickup location. You may arrange the return yourself with a carrier of your choice, or ask us to arrange a pickup service for you. In the latter case we charge the actual freight cost within this range and deduct it from your refund. Do not send the product back before you have received a return address from us. We ship from several warehouses, so the return address differs per product; a shipment sent to the wrong address can go missing or be refused.

Refund

We refund the full purchase price, including the standard outbound shipping cost, within 14 days of the day you informed us of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent it back, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made via the same payment method used for the purchase, at no cost to you. If you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery, the additional cost of that method is not refunded.

Diminished value and products already installed

During the withdrawal period you may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a shop. If you handle it beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, you are liable for the resulting diminished value. Installation always goes beyond this: a product that has been mounted, connected or put into use by you or by an installer has diminished in value, and we deduct that from the amount refunded. We therefore advise you to wait until the withdrawal period has ended before installing, or to contact us beforehand.

Warranty

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, our products come with a manufacturer's warranty. See the product page for the specific warranty period. For warranty claims, contact us via [email protected].

You are not obliged to use this form; you may also communicate your withdrawal in any other unambiguous way. Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract. Please note: the address below is where you send your notice, not where the product should go. The return address differs per product, because we ship from several warehouses. We will give you the correct return address once you have notified us.
