Delivery

Our products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses in Germany. Delivery time is a maximum of 10 business days after order confirmation.

Track & trace

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with track & trace details so you can follow the delivery.

Delivery of heavy products

Home battery systems are heavy and are typically delivered on a pallet. Please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery.

Damaged delivery

Check the packaging for visible damage upon receipt. If damaged: do not refuse the delivery, but report it within 48 hours via [email protected]with photos of the damage.
